Diagnosathi provides information about health diagnostics and connects users with NABL-certified labs. This information is for reference purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@diagnosathi.com of any unauthorised use.

5. Booking & Cancellations

Test bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled sample collection time are eligible for a full refund. Please contact support@diagnosathi.com for cancellation requests.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Diagnosathi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Diagnosathi and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Lab test results are issued by the respective NABL-certified partner laboratories; Diagnosathi is not responsible for their accuracy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
